Last year, Scottie Pippen toyed with the idea of making a mid-season NBA comeback. Since Pippen's rumored/attempted comeback never came to fruition, it's probably safe to assume that NBA teams never really had much interest in him (either that, or Pippen worked out for teams and didn't prove that he could still play). And that wouldn't be too surprising, considering the fact that Pippen's post-Chicago career was marred with injury and ended with Pippen electing to sit out the second half of the 2004 season on injured reserve - despite being healthy enough to play.
Well, with or without the NBA, "tha 'Pip" will return to play professional basketball this January ... as a member of the Sundsvall Dragons -- in Sweden.
